Perched atop the Apex International hotel, the clean lines of the restaurant, finished in marble, wood and glass, don’t attempt to compete with the setting. The cuisine is unabashedly local, with hearty dishes such as fillet of Inverurie beef with red onion and shallot confit. |

- Immediately receive details of your confirmed booking by email and text message (we’ll let the restaurant know at the same time)
A small number of restaurants request credit card details to confirm bookings. Credit card information entered at booking time will only be passed to the restaurant if the booking party does not turn up and no cancellation has been made.
